He has gained expertise in automobile industry, warehousing, distribution, transportation and human resource management and won the recognition of both multinational and Indian companies. New venture creation and establishment is his another area of expertise whereby contributed to the growth of the company.
Mr. S.P. Anand B.E., M.B.A, CEO, a Post graduate from Swinburne University Melbourne, Australia has expertise in opportunity evaluation, new venture creation and strategy formulation. Further he has technical expertise and experience to handle all of the information technology requirements of the group combined with logistics operations.
Mr. S.P.Aravind B.Arch, M.I.L.D, CEO, a post graduate from the renowned Domus Academy in Milan, Italy, has an international exposure and immense work experience in architecture as well as interior projects. He heads white Slate, an architectural consultancy and also focuses towards our group’s foray into property development and allied businesses.
The experience combined with the energy and passion, the management team focuses on growing the organization year on year. With extended support from financial institutions and talented workforce, the management team firmly believes to excel in all future prospects.
We are the C&F agents and Transporters for Parle products, TTK Healthcare, Cholayil Product Service (Medimix), Exide Industries Limited, Nissin Foods India Ltd., LG Electronics Ltd., Adani wilmar Ltd., and P&G in Tamil Nadu.
We operate our own Transport for P&G, Parle Products, Exide Batteries and LG Electronics Ltd for the entire area of 29 Districts in Tamil Nadu and also doing transportation for Parle products from Factory to all over India.
We are having one more division the SMEX – SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTION, to carry out all kinds of logistics activities under a single roof.
Currently a fleet strength of 70 vehicles is in operation to handle the distribution and C&F operations combined with team of technically qualified people to maintain the vehicles at site. The fleet strength and warehouse facilities are consistently increased with penetration in to more towns and cities.
The group has established a wide network with 60 branch offices in major towns throughout Tamil Nadu to handle the distribution of consumer products with an annual turnover of Rs.550 Crores. All the branches are computerized and equipped with Internet facilities for better and instant communication apart from the employees efficiently connected through a closed user group mobile network.
Buses are efficiently administered to serve the transportation needs of the people corresponding to the authorized routes throughout Madurai district. The entire fleet is maintained at high standards to ensure comfort with consistent replacement of vehicles and value-addition, which is used as a tool for differentiation.
The group is also well experienced to handle the maintenance of cargo and Passenger vehicles at site with well – trained and technically qualified team.
The group owns cinema complex houses by the name “ Ambiga Cinemas” having two screens strategically located at prime locations (Anna Nagar) in Madurai with a combined seating capacity of 1100 customers at one Showtime. The cinema houses are equipped with advanced digital 7.1 sound systems and always ensured to screen quality movies with 3D projections.
Qualified HR team employs various incentive schemes and promotions within organizations to motivate its workforce of 2000 employees in direct and 350 employees as out sourced for the entire operations.
